1. Stay True to Yourself

To get a healthy & fit life in 2020, the first thing should consider “to be your true self”.

According to Arnold, always be yourself no matter what everyone says.

Having lived in a two-story cottage in Thal, a farming community in Austria, south of Vienna, Arnold Schwarzenegger came to the US determined to remain unique and true to his personality.

He started working out after having a conversation with Kurt Marnul, the popular muscleman who had just launched the first bodybuilding gym in Austria in 1958.

Manul, 1964 Mr. Austria wined welcomed the eager 19-year-old teen to his gym. And that was the beginning of the 7-time Mr. Olympia winner’s bright future.

He trained hard, became a legend in bodybuilding but never strayed from his true self.

The 1972 Mr. Olympia was a clash of the best bodybuilders in the world but at the end of the day, Arnold Schwarzenegger walked out victorious.
