These kinds of flour have much nutrient and lesser carbs compared to that of a regular one. Instead of also being fond of eating ice cream, switch it up to ice cream yoghurts. 

Yoghurts have lesser sugar but a very good source of protein. Iced teas? Try drinking lemonades instead? Using white sugar? Choose to have unrefined ones at home. It is all about how you choose your ingredients.

Which fruits should be avoided to lose wight?

Generally speaking, fruits are good for your health. But an excessive amount of intake may have some serious problems when you’re trying to lose weight. One of the few fruits mentioned is any dried fruits like raisins, prunes and even mangoes. 

These fruits are void of water and have a very high sugar content. Raisins are said to have twice the sugar content than that of grapes. 

Another is mangoes. Mangoes are delicious fruits but they may be the cause of diabetes as it has again a very high sugar content as well as Bananas and grapes. You may still eat these but do not consume too much of it.
