The Paleo Diet is inspired by an ancient or prehistoric era called Paleolithic. This dates back from 2.5 million to 10,000 years ago. 

The ingredients included in this kind of diet was mostly harvested or hunted at that time. This may include lean meats and fish, nuts, vegetables, and fruits. It also limits ingredients that have dairy or too much carb in it such as bread, rice, or legumes. These are the kind of foods that emerged when farming was developed.

Step #1: Prepare your ingredients

2 whisked eggs in a jar 1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tspSalt¼ cupSpinach
1 tspPepper
½ cupSpring Onions

Step #2: Follow the following procedures.

Put 1 tsp. of salt and pepper, 1tbsp. of olive oil, ½ cup of spring onions, and ¼ cup of spinach onto the 2 whisked eggs in a jar.

Mix it well. If you want to add more salt to taste, feel free to do so.

In a microwave oven, set the heat to 150 degrees Celsius then press 2-5 minutes. This may depend on how cooked your eggs want.

Step #3: Eat and enjoy.

Wait for a couple of minutes and then pop it out of the oven. Make sure that you’re using pot-holders to avoid any hand burns.



Step #1: Prepare your ingredients

1 kg Ground Chicken 1 tsp Cumin
1 tspSalt¼ cup Bell Pepper
1 tspPepper4 cloves Garlic (minced)
½ cupSpring Onions (finely chopped) 2Onions (minced)

Put all of the ingredients together and mix them well in a mixing bowl.

1 tspPepper4 clovesGarlic (minced)
½ cupOnions (finely chopped)2 cupsSnap Pea
1 tbspOlive Oil1 tbspUnrefined Sugar

Step #2: Follow the following procedures.

On a medium pre-heated pan, pour 1 tbsp. of olive oil. Put in the garlic and onions.

Once turned into golden brown, put in the sliced chicken breast. Stir until brownish.

Then, put the red bell pepper and Snap Pea, some salt and pepper to taste. If you like your stir fry a bit sweet, put a pinch of refined sugar.

Wait for the veggies to soften a bit but make sure that their crunch won’t disappear.

Serve in a bowl with a cranberry juice drink from the fridge.
